Busy busy
In a tizzy
Lots of stuff to think and do
Always something while the decades flew
As time passed I began to see
The only way to get really free
Is to stop the head noise and pay attention
Do it without any apprehension
Stay calm and peaceful in the present
Even when it seems unpleasant
Freedom is nowhere in but my head
I hope I learned that before I'm dead
