 Pettng our dog

Rain on metal roof

Hot sunna cold shower

It sucks you in and burns up your time

Smell the coffee watch the sunrise

Take up some challenge work real hard

What you learn

Optimum health is a worthy goal

Without it you don't have much control

The most important ingredient is knowledge

The kind that's rarely taught in any college

Get lots of sleep and eat fresh food

Laugh, sing and stay in a good mood

Exercise for strength stamina and flexibility

Always be open to a new possibility

Planning, purpose and many good friends

Will help keep you healthy until it all ends
