You don't

Have two walks slow

To slow down

I walk and think at a rapid pace

I always seem to be in a race

When I sit still and "meditate"

My busy mind wants to re-create

All the scenes I could have better played

They stop for a second and then cascade

I'm just sitting here on my behind

Quiet, quiet and then more busy mind

This is practice of life's greatest skill

There's no place to get just practice and drill
