I always said
My only trouble is in my head
When everything is smooth and slow
It's easy to remember what I know
When it all starts coming fast and quick
It gets really hard to stay on the stick
I remind myself we are all dead meat
And even one more day's a treat
So be kind and generous live without fear
Be grateful loving and go in good cheer
